Phyllis Has over 37 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, 34 of which have been with Placer Title. She has held the professional designation of certified senior escrow officer given by the California Escrow Association for more than 20 years. To maintain this designation, she attends educational conferences and online classes on a yearly basis.

Her expertise includes single and multi-family re-sale, subdivision sales, investment properties, exchanges, short sales, refinances and distressed sales.

Phyllis’ goal for her clients is to earn their trust and loyalty by handling their escrows in a professional and proactive manner. Her expertise and outstanding customer service are just a couple of reasons why she has many loyal clients that have worked with her for many years. When she’s not working, Phyllis enjoys reading, travel, weekend bike ride and wine tasting. 

Phyllis has one daughter, Katy who is an adjunct professor at Chico State.
