Kristen uses the knowledge she has from 26 years of industry experience to provide her clients with the most efficient transaction possible. She has worked with 1031 exchange, real estate sales, refinances, short sales and new construction. Being born and raised in Woodland, Kristen is very familiar with the area and works closely with the title plant, which is located in the same building, to make sure nothing is missed during the transaction.

When Kristen is not hard at work, you can find her in the bleachers at her daughter, Rachel’s softball game, or enjoying a Giants game with her husband Craig.
