Elizabeth Griffin has over 26 years of escrow and title experience with extensive knowledge in Commercial & Residential Resale, Reverse Mortgage, Commercial & Residential Refinance and 1031 Exchange transactions. Elizabeth is proud to hold the professional designation of Certified Escrow Officer, giving her clients the added benefit of a high level of professional expertise in the industry.

Elizabeth is dedicated to continuing education through the Central Coast Escrow Association and the California Escrow Association. She is currently acting treasurer for the Central Coast Escrow Association.

Elizabeth started her career in title and escrow while attending Cal Poly where she earned her BS in Business Administration. She currently lives in Atascadero with her husband and 10 year old son.
