Escrow Officer

Dana brings a wealth of knowledge to Placer Title Company in Vacaville. Her escrow career began in 2001 as an escrow assistant where she also managed the Accounting/Payroll/HR Department at First Priority Financial for 13 years. This job not only helped her with attention to detail, but she learned new skills in the mortgage industry, which has proven to be very beneficial. Dana’s love for escrow brought her to Placer Title Company in 2016 and in 2021 she become an escrow officer.

Dana takes great pride in her work. Her goal for every transaction is to communicate with all parties keeping everyone informed and updated with closing an escrow. Dana knows how to deal with high pressure situations, and guarantees she’ll do everything in her power to get the job done and have a successful escrow.

Dana was born and raised a “military brat” and her son Austin has also followed in her family’s footsteps. He is currently in the Air Force, so she has a soft spot for ALL military services.

Dana is married with four kids and one grandson. She enjoys being outdoors, camping with friends and sitting anywhere on a beach.
