Business Development

Rachel Medina grew up in Dixon and has been a resident of Woodland for 17 years. She brings more than 20 years of marketing experience. After opening her first retail store on Woodland’s Main Street at 21, she cultivated a love for working with the residents of this small town.

Rachel has worked with the Yolo County Association of REALTORS® since 2014, after being hired as the business development rep at Placer Title Company’s Woodland branch and has enjoyed being involved with the Affiliate committee and the Young Professional Network during that time. For all her hard work and dedication to the Yolo County Association REALTORS®, Rachel was voted Affiliate of the year in 2016. She also serves on the board of directors for the Woodland Chamber of Commerce.

Rachel has 4 children, Brandon 22, Samuel 20, Hanna 17 and Easton 12. She enjoys doing CrossFit and taking day trips to the beach on the weekends with her kids.
