Escrow Officer

Phalicia has always had a passion for all aspects of the real estate industry. For five years she worked as a Transaction Coordinator and also received her Real Estate License. This gave her the opportunity to make connections with many agents, clients and members of her community. In 2013 she fell in love with the escrow side of this business and has never looked back. Previously being a transaction coordinator and an agent, Phalicia knows exactly what the agents need and this has been extremely beneficial in being able to communicate and close escrows. Phalicia loves what she does, and prides herself in making sure that she is providing all the tools to make every transaction smooth and seamless as possible.
