With over 25 years of experience at Placer Title Company, Cindy Viramontes brings unmatched expertise and dedication to her role as Senior Escrow Officer at our Sierra Oaks branch. After spending time in Escrow Operations Management with our parent company—where she broadened her knowledge in areas such as fraud prevention, remote online notarization, and broker compensation disclosures—Cindy has returned to her roots in escrow with a renewed passion for helping clients navigate their transactions smoothly.

Throughout her career, Cindy has built a reputation for excellence across a wide range of escrow services, including residential resales, multi-family properties, subdivisions, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, short sales, and refinances. She also continues to serve as an advisory escrow officer, contributing her insight and leadership across the company.

A long-time member of the California Escrow Association, Cindy is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends industry conferences and trainings. Her clients appreciate her meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to building long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
