History

We have been proudly serving San Joaquin County as Placer Title Company since 2003. Prior to 2003, we served the community as Central Valley Title. Our Manteca office has been in the same location since 1988 and our Stockton branch since 1987. Our San Joaquin operations have been involved in projects for the Grupe Company and continually serve Residential, Commercial and Builder/Developer clients in this rapidly growing area.
