Tricia Loughran is a senior escrow officer for us in Sacramento & she’s been in the title and escrow industry for over 20 years now. Tricia loves taking care of all her clients to get their transactions closed as smoothly as possible! 

Outside of her job, Tricia has two sons, and her first granddaughter is 18months old! She loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time at the beach and being outdoors.
