Rosanna Medeiros has over 30 years of escrow and title experience with extensive knowledge in Residential Resale, Commercial, Subdivision, Reverse Mortgage, Refinance and 1031 Exchange transactions. Rosanna is proud to hold the Professional Designation of Certified Senior Escrow Officer, giving her clients the added benefit of a high level of professional expertise in the industry.

Rosanna is dedicated to continuing education through the Central Coast Escrow Association and the California Escrow Association. She is past President of the American Escrow Association, served as Past President of the California Escrow Association and has served four terms as President for the Central Coast Escrow Association.

Rosanna has made the Central Coast her home for 40 years where she has raised her two daughters. She is actively involved with many organizations in the community.
