With over 20 years of experience, Rena Swafford provides an unparalleled level of service to her clients. Working closely with the project engineer and various local officials, Rena guides the success of each DRE project by providing personal and professional attention to the smallest details.

In addition to developing great relationships with CalDRE Deputies, Rena has served as the CalDRE-designated Single Responsible Party (SRP) for many major developers and clients, including Woodside Homes, K. Hovnanian, BlackPine Communities, Williams Homes, The New Home Company, Raymus Homes, Riverland Homes Inc., and many more.
